The basics of how we quote, install and warrant heat pump systems.
Written quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the property information available to us. A site assessment is required before any price becomes firm.
Quotations cover the equipment, labour and materials listed on them. Work discovered during installation — such as concealed pipework, electrical faults or structural repairs — is quoted separately before we proceed.
Installation dates are booked in advance. Please ensure reasonable access to the property, the plant area and the electrical supply on the agreed day.
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty stated on your quotation. Our own workmanship warranty covers the installation for five years, provided the system is serviced as recommended.
Running-cost figures shown on this site are estimates for illustration and are not a promise of savings. Actual consumption depends on your tariff, usage and how the system is configured.
